Probate
Probate is the process involved when dealing with the estate of someone who has passed away. Probate deals with the deceased’s:
- property
- possessions
- money
I can arrange for probate through the Society of Will Writers.
I would attend any meetings with the family and complete an initial fact find. Families have told me that this process is easier as they have already met me when I drafted their Will.
The probate process would be carried out by the SWW Trust Corporation in Lincoln.
