Document Storage

If you choose to store your documents with me, they are placed in vaults at the Society of Will Writers in Lincoln.

The charge is £35 per year for a couple, or £25 per year for a single person. For this charge, you can store as many documents as you like. It is a good place to keep:

• Wills
• Trust Deeds
• House Deeds
• Birth and Marriage Certificates
• other legal documents

You will be sent a Certificate of Safe Custody, which includes 2 cards (the size of a credit card) – one for each of your executors, detailing how to retrieve your documents.

These can be given to your executors or other family members.
